Participation

The Certificate of Merit is the highest honor the Church Periodical Club bestows. You, the supporter of CPC and volunteer who looks to others for assistance and encouragement, must nominate those you know who are extra ordinary friends of this Ministry of the Printed Word. No one person in the organization can know the names of all those angels CPC has across the country who help raise the money to provide books to so many in need.

Please download the nomination form, and send it to Ursula by email or via postal mail at Ursula Baxley, Meadow Grove, 4406 Winchester Road, Marshall, VA 20115. The certificates, signed by CPC President, Ursula Baxley, and the Presiding Bishop, The Most Rev. Katharine Jefferts Schori, will be presented at the 2009 Triennial Meeting in Anaheim, CA.
